Waitlist Information

It is free to complete the waitlist application. Completing the application DOES NOT GUARANTEE AVAILABILITY in the time frame you are looking to move. When there is a vacancy, your application will be converted to a move-in application. You will be required to complete the application payment once the application is converted. 

Apartment vacancies will be offered to the next eligible and fully approved applicant who has provided all necessary and requested information to La Cima Apartments including the deposit. The eligible applicant must accept the first vacancy offered unless clear evidence of inability is provided, such as but not limited to: recovery from a recent illness, pending sale of residence, and inability to move immediately due to current lease term.


Application Requirements

To expedite your application, you will need the following items if it applies to your household:

- Government-issued ID for anyone 18+.
- Social Security Card for anyone 18+. 
- Original birth certificate for any child under the age of 18. 
- 2 months of current and consecutive paystubs for each adult applicant. 4 paystubs if you're paid bi-weekly, 8 paystubs if you're paid weekly. 
- Child Support paperwork copy or Family Law History for each child. 
- Divorce Decree copy. 
- 1 checking account statement for each account held by the applicant and/or a bank-completed Asset Verification form for each adult applicant (provided by Richman Properties). 
- 1 savings account statement for the current month for each account held by the applicant. 
- Employment and rental contact information: telephone and fax numbers for Human Resources and current as well as previous landlord(s). 

Self-employed: most recent tax return with Schedule C or Profit and Loss Statement from a CPA. 

Application Important Details

- Ensure every question is answered in your application. 
- Upload clear photos of documents in PDF form to your application. 
- You are NOT ABLE TO EDIT YOUR APPLICATION after a signature is completed, so be thorough.
- Each adult on the application must create an account with a different email address to complete the required signatures. 
- Applications take a minimum of 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS to process. 
- The application process will be delayed if we do not have all of the required documents.
- Once your application is approved and you are offered an apartment, you must bring in a money order in the amount of your deposit within 48 hours and sign your lease agreement. Failure to do so will result in the forfeit of the unit and will be offered to the next approved applicant.
